MODULE 1 Over View: We begin with the diversity of gifts as given in 1 Corinthians 12. Church leadership and membership are guided through the initiation of the 4 Easy Steps curriculum to establish the understanding and the spiritual mindset of their personal and corporate Vision. The training continues with a study of leadership/ministry gifts and callings, found in Ephisians 4:11-16, and the discovery of one's Gift(s) through a series of questions and exercises, that provoke answers and insights, often hidden within lived experiences. The 9 spiritual/charismatic gifts found in Corinthians 12:8 and Romans 12:3-8 are studied within the wide range of spiritual gifts & graces while also focusing on gifts that often work together. This exercise develops the ability to discover opportunities, collaborate with members of the Body of Christ, while supporting the implementation of personl goal-setting strategies within a group setting.
Both Leadership & Members gain a renewed understanding of their individual and corporate Gifts & Talents while re-discovering how these endowed attributes have affected their deepest desire for a successful life, thereby clarifying their vision. Participants gain a dynamic understanding of their purpose & vision, empowering them to reach their life goals incentivized with clear possibilities that can consistently support the Ministry's vision. The training enables members to identify new opportunities, within the vision of the Ministry and a clearer understanding of how to colaborate, support and partner with the Pastor's/Ministry's vision while also identifying new possibilities in the marketplace. Galatians 5:22-26. Moving forward, applying the fruit of the Spirit becomes the focus as members gain understanding and practice the positioning and mindset required to be effective as they serve.

MODULE 2 Over View: For we are God's handy work...created for good works...Next, during Module 2, of the 4 Easy curriculum, we identify developed, and not-yet-developed talents. Moving forward, it becomes imperative that every participant recognizes and connects to the power of their talent in relationship to their gift(s) and have a clearer understanding of their talent when empowered by their gift(s). This process promotes creative clarity, spiritual insight, and the confidence required to engage in and serve the Leaderships/Ministry's vision while fortifying their vision of sustainable success.

MODULE 3 Over View: "Many are called but few are chosen."Module 3, embedded in this scripture is the understanding that the majority of God's saints have yet to discover their life purpose or how a skill-set is simply an expression of gifts and talents, trained to serve purpose in life and work, and ultimately in service to The Body of Christ/God's Church. The Body of Christ rarely realizes it's skill-set is key to recognizing their God-given Purpose. Guided through the 4 Easy curriculum participants create an inventory of their abilities and expertise and begin to confirm the relationship between skills and purpose. This exercise clarifies and enriches the vision participants have for their lives.
Module 3 will also reveal what skills can be shared with the ministry, in service to the Church's vision. This connection helps actualize the participant's ability to envision fulfilling their life purpose while also applying that knowledge as they activate thier vision.
As participants discover and identify their value in today's marketplace, a deeper confidence, commitment, and ability to collaborate and support the vision of the Ministry takes place.

MODULE 4 Overview: "All things work together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His PURPOSE". 1Peter 1:7 "The trial of your faith, being more precious than gold...In Module 4, we traverse the land of Lived Experiences to discover the treasure trove of emotional and psychological experiences. This is where we discover how all things work together and yield the precious gold hidden in both preferred and unpreferred experiences. The "Aha" moments that are identified, will often redefine one's relationship to the trauma, trials, and vicissitudes of life, transforming those very experiences to become empowered paths by which we encounter God's pre-ordained plans and purpose for our lives.
Guided by the 4 Easy Steps curriculum, participants are introduced to their true identity in Christ Jesus through the study of the biblical IAMs & the application of the Fruits of the Spirit Galatians 5:22. By embracing their God-given identity in Christ, a strengthened faith mitigates fear & uncertainty, replacing it with confidence, fortitude & resilience. The embracing of one's identity in Christ Jesus establishes our innate God-given value and recovers the ability to function in purpose while incentivizing members to support and contribute to the manifestation of the Ministry's Vision.
